Enterprise-Wide Control Loop Optimization

How many control loops does it take to run a building? "More than you can keep track of!" The truth is that the most basic building block for maintaining setpoints in your system are dependent on proper configuration, tuning and monitoring. However, these elements are typically "uncommissioned" and there is no one to ensure the controls are operating as intended. Often, a controls project will be completed and the owner is left with many untuned and erratic control loops.

PID PRO is the solution to monitor and optimize all of the control loops in your enterprise.

Built on the Niagara 4 framework, PID PRO automatically "latches" on to any PID Loop in your Niagara logic. Alternatively, you can plug in data from a BACnet network or other non-Niagara sources. This produces a pdf report for each loop that can be emailed to specific stakeholders. Now of course, if you have hundreds of loops in a building you need to aggregate all of these loops and prioritize them based on function and performance requirements. PID PRO collects data from all your JACE-level controls loops and presents them in an interactive dashboard on each station. Furthermore, if you have multiple JACEs, you can easily pull the data into a supervisor station to see all of your loops in a single pane of glass!
